About Our Guest: Pam Teufel serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Main Line Health, where she leads talent strategy, total rewards, organizational design, change management, and shared services. Her distinguished career includes CHRO roles at Saint Peter's Healthcare System and Thomas Jefferson University, as well as senior HR leadership positions at Scripps Health, LabCorp, and other organizations. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Strayer University and a BS in Communications from Ithaca College. Her lifetime contributions to the HR profession were recognized with the 2025 HR Department of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award.
